IP マッピングファイルは完全に手動で作成することができます。しかし、psarestore にこのテンプレートを作成させることもできます。これを行うには、psarestore を実行する際に -m ip_map_file_template を使用します。ここで、ip_map_file_template は存在しないファイルです。ip_map_file_template ファイルは自動的に生成されます。このファイルが自動的に生成されたら、内容を確認してください。手動で微調整する必要が出てくる可能性があります。

この方法はさまざまな場面で非常に便利です。基本的には、必要なすべての IP アドレスが書かれたファイルを持つことになるので、あとはマッピングに必要なターゲット IP アドレスを提供するだけです。以下はそうしたファイルの例です：

IP アドレスマッピングファイル同様、マニュアル生成または psarestore による自動生成を選択することができます。後者の場合、psarestore 実行時に -c client_map_file_template を使用します。ここでも、自動生成された内容を確認してください。手動で微調整する必要が出てくる可能性があります。以下は、生成されたクライアントマッピングファイルテンプレートの例です。

ダンプファイル内のクライアントアカウントと、復元が実行されるサーバーに存在するクライアントアカウントが同じログイン名とユーザー名を持っている場合、これらのアカウントは同じものとみなされ、データは統合されます。
